A bespoke piece is unique: designed from your ideas and made to specifications agreed with you in writing. Choosing a size, a metal or a stone from our standard options is not bespoke; it is simply choosing a piece. Bespoke begins when the design itself is yours.
How it begins
Everything starts with a conversation. Tell us who the piece is for, what it should mean and how it will be worn. Share references if you have them, even if they are only a feeling or a colour.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise honesty about materials and stones, a written proposal before anything is made, and your approval at every decisive step. We do not promise timings or prices before we understand the piece, and we do not claim to make it in a workshop of our own.

How long does a bespoke piece take?
It depends on the design and the materials. We agree timing with you once we understand the piece, and we do not promise a date before that.
How much does bespoke cost?
The price depends on the metal, the stones and the complexity. You receive a full written proposal before anything is made.
Can I return a bespoke piece?
A piece made to your specifications is excluded from the legal right of withdrawal, as the law allows. We confirm this with you in writing before you approve the design. The legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
Can I use my own stone?
Tell us about it in your first message. Whether we can work with it depends on the stone and its documentation.
